Kinesiology is a non-invasive natural healing technique that accesses the connection between the physical structures such as the brain, muscles, bones, organs and hormones and the energetic structures such as the aura, chakras, meridians and emotions.
It works with the body’s own instinctive healing intelligence to restore balance, health and wellbeing.
By using a technique called muscle testing, the practitioner can access the subconscious and body’s energy to assess the stress levels in the physical and energetic structures. By identifying the root cause of the stress, an appropriate correction technique is then applied to restore balance.
Correction techniques are varied and include acupressure, emotional stress diffusion, sound healing (tuning forks), flower essences and chakra balancing.
Kinesiology can be used in conjunction with many other alternative therapies for multi-mode healing.
A person doesn’t need to be unwell to benefit from Kinesiology. Many clients book regular "tune ups" to stay on top of their mental and physical health as a way to prevent stress build up.
