With over 20yrs experience in the Health and Wellness industry, my true passion lies in facilitating and supporting individuals and groups through healing and growth.
What I've discovered along the way is how incredibly powerful we are as human beings. We all have the ability to heal ourselves, sometimes we just need a little help and the right tools.

My fascination with the human body started back when I was 18, studying Myotherapy and Massage therapy. I co-foundered a corporate massage company in Melbourne at the age of 23 and absolutely LOVED every minute of my work. I started to notice a correlation between highly stressed people and recurring physical injuries and this had me so intrigued!
My massage work then took me all over the world, working on a cruise ship as a spa therapist. It was one of the most fun and intense times of my life, but sadly I didn't take care of myself the way I was taking care of others.
I pushed myself beyond my physical limits and damaged my hands and wrists before finally recognising I couldn't work at my peak any longer.
I returned home to Australia to begin rehab and treatment for my hands, but I never addressed the emotional stress that I held in my body.
My physical injuries took over 5 years to heal, but other things started to fall apart. I was pushing myself in other ways, working super long hours in the medical field, never really taking a break.
Eventually, I started to burn out my adrenals. I was exhausted, I fell sick all the time and I never really got to enjoy “being me.” I just thought that’s how life was.
My body was screaming out for help but for years I had ignored it. This left me experiencing anxiety, weight gain, adult acne and a continual battle to get out of bed every morning.
I finally turned to a holistic approach to my health. I remembered the links I had seen working in my massage career - where my clients who were experiencing long term stress were the ones who never really let go of their pain.
This catapulted me into looking at and studying my body as a whole being – mind, body and energy.
It was through Kinesiology, Meditation, Hypnosis and Whole Food Nutrition I was finally able to rebalance myself physically, emotionally and regain my sense of self.
I rediscovered what it was to be vibrant, passionate and energised in life.
It was truly like a light switch had gone on in my body. I knew that Kinesiology and energy healing was the way I needed to go.
I'm super passionate about helping people just like you. You may not know exactly what is going on, but you know you aren't living the life you'd love to be living.
We can all get stuck in a mode of looking after everyone else first, ignoring what our own bodies are trying to tell us.
True healing and health happens when we disengage from stress or fight/flight and start paying attention to our emotions and mindset.
Together, we’ll reset you on your path of self discovery, responsibility and passion for life.
